All services provided by Zyzi Bros shall be on these terms and conditions unless expressly varied in writing and agreed to prior to the provision of the services.


Booking Details

All bookings will be considered as provisional until a non-refundable deposit for the required services has been made, and only if accepted by Zyzi Bros will the booking be confirmed. Zyzi Bros is under no obligation to continue holding any provisional booking beyond the given option date (usually 10 working days from the booking time), if the deposit has not been received.


Price & Payment

All prices quoted by Zyzi Bros may be amended at any time, especially when there is any error or omission, or where an increase is caused by any change in the circumstances beyond the control of Zyzi Bros.

Any query regarding an invoice must be notified to Zyzi Bros in writing by the client within ten (10) working days from when the the invoice was received. Failure to comply with this will render the full invoice payable on the due date.

It is solely the responsibility of the representative of the client confirming any booking to inform all appropriate parties of the payment terms, as set out by Zyzi Bros.

Any additional expenses or fees owing to any changes made by the client, that have not been agreed but subsequently incurred by Zyzi Bros, will be invoiced separately after the provision of the services.



This section applies to the following: where the client (a) cancels the entire services, (b) cancels partial use of the facilities for the services or (c) reduces the duration of the services, thereby reducing the contracted value.

Should any services be cancelled, the following cancellation charges will apply. Also, the client agrees to settle any third party charges incurred by Zyzi Bros on behalf of the client:


  • More than 31 working days before the provision of the services: 17%

  • 30 to 11 working days before the provision of the services: 50%

  • 10 working days or less before the provision of the services: 100%


Any request for cancellation should be sent to us by the client and will be considered to take effect from the date of acceptance.

Zyzi Bros reserves every right to cancel the client’s booking if there is any change of more than 40% of the original contract. A written notification of the cancellation will be sent to the client.

Any postponement of a confirmed and contracted booking will be considered as a cancellation in line with the above cancellation policy. However, if the revised date is agreed and takes place within 130 working days from the original date, payments received by Zyzi Bros from the client shall become a credit towards the future provision of the services.

The client shall, in such a case, be liable for all costs or expenses incurred by Zyzi Bros as a direct result of such postponement.


Prohibited Activities

You're solely responsible for compliance with all laws, rules, regulations and tax obligations that may apply to your use of the website.

In line with your use of the website, you'll not assist or enable others to:

(a) breach any relevant laws or regulations, agreements with third-parties, Intellectual Property Rights, third-party rights, the terms and condition or privacy policy.

(b) use the website in a fraudulent or illegal manner, or email or send any materials from you’re the website which are offensive, unlawful, harassing, libellous, defamatory, abusive, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene or otherwise objectionable;

(d) dilute, tarnish or otherwise harm the Zyzi Bros brand in any way,

(e) use the website to send or deliver viruses, malware, spyware, or other harmful, destructive or disruptive files;

(f) use the website in a way that damages it or denies access to it to other users of Zyzi Bros.



You acknowledge that Zyzi Bros is the owner of all Intellectual Property Rights which subsist in the website. You acknowledge that you've no Intellectual Property Rights on the website.

You acknowledge and agree that Zyzi Bros will not be liable or responsible for any breach by a User of any Intellectual Property Rights or other rights held by a third party in relation to the supply or purchase of the services.

All Content and other material on the website are owned by Zyzi Bros or our third-party licensors (and are covered by international copyright and other laws protecting any intellectual property and related proprietary rights). All such rights are reserved to Zyzi Bros and our licensors.

Zyzi Bros has high regard for the intellectual property and other rights of others, and Zyzi Bros requests its users to do the same. Zyzi Bros may, in applicable circumstances and based on sole discretion, terminates the access of users who violate the rights of others.



On some services, the activities that the clients will undertake may be inherently dangerous although you are fully supervised throughout. As such neither Zyzi Bros nor its employees nor agents shall be liable in any way for any damage, delay, loss, or expenses caused to the client, his/her invitees or any other persons partaking in the services except insofar as it results from the negligence of Zyzi Bros or breach of contract. Please note that during particular services and on certain activities, we may request the client to sign a liability waiver before the provision of the service or during the activity (although the same doesn't exclude liability for damage to personal property of the client or personal injury arising owing to the negligence of Zyzi Bros), in which instances Zyzi Bros agrees to indemnify and hold the client harmless against any such claims.


Force Majeure

Zyzi Bros shall not be liable in any way for any delay or failure to perform any of its services if the delay or failure arises from events or circumstances outside its reasonable control, including with no limitation to acts of God, strikes, lock outs, accidents, war, fire, and Zyzi Bros shall be entitled to a reasonable extension to fully perform its services.



If any provision here is considered to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable for whatsoever reason by any court of competent jurisdiction, the provision shall be deemed severed, while the remainder of the provisions shall remain in full force and effect.


Governing Law

The terms and conditions herein shall be governed by and construed in line with the law of Thailand, and all parties hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Thailand courts.


Entire Agreement

The Terms and Conditions herein constitute the entire agreement between Zyzi Bros and the client regarding the provision of its services, and supersede any previous agreements, arrangements, undertakings or proposals, whether oral or written.

This policy explains how Zyzi Bros controls, processes, handles and protects your personal information while browsing or using its website, including your rights under current laws and regulations. If you disagree to this policy you may wish to cease viewing / using our website.


What information do we collect?

Zyzi Bros collects and holds your Personal Information, which may include your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, information relating to the services on the Zyzi Bros website, and other information relevant to the supply of the services. If you use the Zyzi Bros website for any of the services on the website, Zyzi Bros may also collect your bank or credit card details.

Zyzi Bros may also collect non-personally identifiable information about you (such as anonymous usage data, IP addresses, and location, browser or browser type, and so on.).

Zyzi Bros collects your Personal Information while providing the services to you. This includes when you visit or use the website; provide information to us by email; make a booking via the website; provide us with information relating to the services on the website; ask us to send you any newsletters, alerts or any other materials; or otherwise via customer enquiries and communications.

Generally, Zyzi Bros collects your Personal Information directly or automatically via your use of the website but Zyzi Bros may also collect your Personal Information from other people or organisations if you have given your permission.

You may also provide us other information via a web form, by updating or adding information to your booking, dispute resolution, or when you otherwise communicate with us regarding the website.


Why do we need your Personal Information?

Zyzi Bros only collects or holds your Personal Information for legitimate purposes, including to provide you with the services on the website, and for the proper administration of the website.

In particular, Zyzi Bros needs your Personal Information to:

  • provide you with the services offered via the website, including by booking, and confirming the validity of information about the services on the website, and processing payment for our services;

  • sustain our business relationship with you by answering any questions you may have about Zyzi Bros or our website, communicating with you about the services on the website, creating and updating our database and other records, ensuring compliance with contractual and other legal obligations to you, offering support services to you and otherwise responding to any inquiries;

  • advertise to you, including sending you newsletters, offers, and promotions, or otherwise contacting you about services or information we believe may interest you. Zyzi Bros may contact you via phone, email, SMS and social media;

  • enhance the quality and design of the website by storing, analysing, tracking and processing user preferences and trends as well as user activities and communications to discover new features, functionality, and services regarding the website;

  • comply with relevant law including by complying with our legal obligations and investigating, preventing or taking necessary action regarding suspected illegal activity, fraud, or related activities; and exercise our legal rights based on the law or contract between us and you, or between us and a third party, (altogether our “Purposes”)

You may confirm if Zyzi Bros is processing your Personal Information and request a copy of it. You may request that Zyzi Bros deletes your information on the website. In line with relevant privacy laws (including the GDPR), you may object to certain Personal Information being processed by us, and request that processing of your Information be limited. You also have the right to limit or manage our communications with you through “unsubscribing” from certain email and newsletter updates.

If you decide to limit the Information that Zyzi Bros processes about you, Zyzi Bros may not be able to communicate effectively with you or fulfil any of our Purposes. This may include limiting your use of the website.



Zyzi Bros takes all reasonable steps to keep your data secure and to ensure your Information is protected against misuse, unauthorized access, modification, loss, or inappropriate disclosure. Zyzi Bros may retain your data in both hard copy and electronic forms but we adopt relevant technical and organizational security measures to safeguard it, including by storing it in secure systems accessible only to authorized personnel.
